Suppression of speech

Choking in the dream signifies that someone is trying to gag your voice.

Someone is trying to stop you from voicing your desires and expressing yourself.

The Bible states that the power of life and death is in the tongue (Proverbs 18:21).

This means you can command good things to come to life and banish evil in your life to death.

Matthew 13:25 says, “but while men slept, his enemy came.” The enemy comes to oppress us by restricting our airflow and causing us to choke and gasp for air.
